Claims procedure

CSIS would like to help you through your claim by making the process as easy and efficient as possible. Our claims department is staffed with qualified veterinary nurses so you can be confident that you will receive expert advice with a fast and efficient claims service.

Here are the next steps to take in order to make a claim with CSIS insurance.

Have your details ready before you call

Please have your client reference number ready - you will find this at the top of all our letters to you. Check that the claim is covered by your policy. Each section of the policy tells you what is insured and what is not insured. The cover you have requested is shown on your policy schedule.

If you need to make a claim, phone our claims line on 0870 850 2306 within the opening hours:

  • 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
  • 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday
